Ingredients
1 Can Healthy Choice Chicken Rice Soup1 Can Chicken Broth, Reduced Sodium1 Cup Onion, coarsely chopped1-1/2 Cups Celery. cross cut into slices1/4 of 10 oz. package frozen Broccoli Florets (thaw to cut up smaller)1 Cup frozen Mixed Vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, and green beans)2-1/2 oz. canned Chicken packed in water (or fresh cooked chicken) 1/2 tsp. Parsley1/4 tsp. Pepper, black or white
Directions
I start with the chicken broth in large kettle, add onions, broccoli, and mixed vegetables, and simmer to make slightly tender. Then I add Healthy Choice Chicken with Rice Soup, celery, chicken, parsley, and pepper. Then I simmer until the vegetable are the right tenderness for me. Makes a lot of soup. Tasty and filling!
