Heart healthy chicken noodle soup

Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken1 leek1 bundle celery10 cups water3 knorr chicken boullion cubes10 oz baby carrots2 cups kale chopped1 cup angel hair pasta
Directions
cook and shred chicken, finely chop all veggies and add to chicken. Suate for 5 min. add water and boullion. Simmer for 40-50 min. Add noodles. cook 10 more min. serve.
