36 baby artichoke hearts ( about 36 oz)Italian style bread crumbsGarlic powderEgg Beaters
Directions
Buy the baby artichoke hearts already cleaned.
Mix the garlic powder in the bread crumbs. Coat the artichokes with the egg then roll in the crumbs. Place on parchment paper and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until tender and browned and crispy.

Makes about 36 pieces about 1 oz each.
