1 can low sodium garbonzo (chickpeas) beans, drained (15 ounce can)1 cloves diced garlic 1/2 tsp salt2 tsp lemon juice1 tsp cummin1 tbsp coconut oil1 tbsp vegetable oil1 ounce of water
put everything but the water in your food processor or blender. You can use whole garlic cloves instead of dicing them before hand ( I use a big jar of pre-diced garlic, we go through a lot!). Blend everything until smooth, or just about (whatever your preference). Use the water to further thin out your hummus, until it reaches a consistency you like. Serve room temp or cold.
