String Beans w/crumbles

Ingredients
2 garlic clove, minced1/2 cup chicken (or veg.) broth1/3 cup scallions, chopped1 tsp sesame oil1 cup soy crumbles (i.e. morningstar or boca)1 lb string beans3 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp ginger1 tsp peanut oil
Directions
In a med. bowl, toss unthawed crumbles w/2 tbsp soy sauce, & the garlic & ginger. Heat peanut oil in nonstick skillet/wok over med-high heat for about 30 secs. Toss in beans & crumbles until beans lightly browned & crumbles heated through (about 5 mins). Add broth, remaining soy & sesame oil. Mix & heat about 2 mins. Top w/onions.
