in a large bowl, mix all dry ingrediants.(not chocolate chips)in a seperate bowl, mash bananaspour bananas and oil into dry ingrediants and mix well.Stir in chocolate chips and spoon into large muffin cups.bake at 350f for 18 to 25 mins,until browned lightly on top and toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm or cold. Great to bake on the weekend and grab and go during the week. Store in a dry, air tight container.
