Mexican Black Beans & Corn Saute

Ingredients
2 tsps olive oil1 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed1 15 oz can corn drained1/2 cup diced red bell pepper1/2 cup diced onion1/4 cup cilantro1/2 to 1 tsp granulated garlic1/4 to 1/4 tsp cumin powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet. Add bell pepper and onions and sauté until slightly softened. Add corn, black beans and seasonings. Saute for about 5 minutes more then add cilantro.
