No Flour Pancake

2 eggs2 egg whites1 banana2 tbsp flax meal
Directions
mash banana well
add eggs and egg whites and flax meal
blend well
I cooked at 350 on a griddle but you might try any kind of pan. They brown quickly so be careful not to burn.
