Ingredients
4 slices of bread2 eggs1/3 cup of 1% milk1 tsp cinnamonmaple syrup, fresh fruit or other topping (not included in nutritional info)
Directions
Serving Size: 2 slices per serving

Mix together eggs, milk and cinnamon in a flat bottomed dish. Dip both sides of the bread in the egg mixture and cook in a frying pan at medium temperature. Top with maple syrup or other toppings.
