Veggieslaw chicken sausage lunch

Ingredients
5 ounces carrot4 ounces brussels sprout1 ounce ginger root4 ounces apple12 chicken and apple sausage links1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil4 ounces onion
Directions
1. Chop onion and ginger add to pan with oil. Cook until onion starts to brown
2. Chop veggies and apple, add to pan
3. Cook on med heat for about 10 minutes, add water to keep from burning.
4. Remove from pan, add sliced chicken sausages to pan, cook until done.
5. Add together and serve
