Ang's Ranch Ham & Cheese Pasta

Ingredients
6.5 cup dry Whole Wheat Penne Pasta1 tbsp unsalted butter1tbsp flour1 cup skim milk2 tsp garlic1 cup reduced fat sour cream2 cups diced extra lean ham1.5 cup Weight Watchers Mexican style shredded cheese4 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In a dutch oven, melt butter, whisk in flour until smooth. gradually add milk and garlic. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat; fold in sour cream until blended. Add ham and pasta; cook and stir until heated through. remove from heat; stir in Mexican cheese blend until melted. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
