Gluten Free Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
Bread, Udi's White Sandwich Bread (2 slices), 7 serving *ground meatloaf mix, 16 oz *ground meatloaf mix, 32 oz *Sausage Poultry mild Wegmans, 48 ozMilk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cupParmesan Cheese, grated, 8 ozparsleyoreganobasil
Directions
Toast all the bread and cut into small squares....or chop to crumbs in a food processor. Kim mixes it all together, starting with milk, bread, cheese. Then add the meat and mix till blended. Scoop cookie scoop balls onto baking sheet. Cook 15 min @350 degrees
