Wheat Free Brownies

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Butter or non-dairy alternative1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder6 Eggs1 Cup Sugar (I used Coconut Sugar)1/2 tsp Vanilla1/2 Cup Coconut Flour, sifted1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat the oven 350. In a saucepan over low heat, blend the butter and cocoa powder. Remove from heat and let cool. In a separate bowl, mis the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add the cooled cocoa mixture. Stir in the coconut flour until the batter is no longer lumpy. Add the chocolate chips. Bake in 8x8 baking pan lined with parchment paper for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
