Bill potato soup

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) *Pepper, red, sweet, raw, 200 gram(s) Dannon All Natural Plain, Lowfat Yogurt, 6 oz., 1 cup Onion Chopped 200 grams beef bullion (2 cubes) Water (2 cups) Pork: Bacon, broiled or pan fried (3 slice),
Directions
Crisp bacon in large pot. Set aside. reserve 1 Tsp for soup. (While preparing next vegetables)

Saute Chopped Carrots, Onions, Celery, Peppers
(While preparing potato and beef bullion dissolved in hot water)

Add Potatoes and bullion, bring to full boil, cover and simmer for 20-25 min.

Take 5 cups of soup, place into blender and pulse until creamy. Add back to soup, Add crumbled bacon if desired, mix well,

Let it rest and enjoy.
