Ingredients
1 orange4 chicken thighs, bone-in2 T molasses3 Treduced sodium soy sauce2 T rice wine vinegar1 tsp Sriracha or other hot chilli sauce2 stalks celery1/2 cup water
Directions
Wash well one orange. Slice off the ends and discard, then slice remaining orange into rounds about 1/3 inch thick. Do not peel! Layer the bottom of slow cooker with orange slices.

Remove skin from four thawed chicken thighs and place bone-up on the orange slices.

Mix all wet ingredients together well. Taste; if it is too spicy for your tastes, add a little more water. Pour the liquid into the slow cooker.

Slice two stalks celery and add on top of chicken.

Cook on high about four hours or low six hours. Tastes great served with rice and stir-fried veggies!
