Free range chicken breast slicesRed or orange bell peppersGreen onionsBaby carrotsAsparagus, freshMushrooms, sliced or wholeKikkomann sweet and sour sauce
Place two ounces of extra virgin olive oil in a heated stir fry skillet. Place skinless chicken slices in pan with asparagus. Allow to to cook for 5-8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and the asparagus is slightly cooked.
Enter 2 tablespoons of Kikkomann Sweet & Sour Stir Fry sauce and stir until completely covering chicken and asparagus. Place in remainder of vegetables and stir thoroughly until sauce covers all ingredients.
Turn down heat to medium low for 10 minutes.
You are ready to eat.
