mushroom and black bean soup

Ingredients
2 pints of any mushroom8 cups of water3 beef bouillion cubes3/4 cup carrots6 green onions1 can black beans
Directions
saute onions and carrots in a little olive oil, add water and bouillion cubes and any spice you like.
i like veggie grill or a little garlic salt
green onions taste best in mushroom soup. let soup simmer for a few minutes and add mushrooms at the end to just warm up. you can add earlier, but i like the mushrooms a little firmer
