3 15oz cans BLACK BEANS DRAINED1# Simple Truth Meatless Crumbles1 28oz can Ground Tomatoes1 28 oz can Heavy Tomato Puree1 28oz can water2 Onions chopped2 Tbs Garlic Paste1/2 c Masa Harina2 Tbs Cocoa powder, Hershey's special dark1/2 C Chili powder (more or less to taste)1/4 C ground cumin (more or less to taste)2 Tbs ground Coriander (more or less to taste)1/4 C crushed red pepper (more or less to taste)2 Tbs spicy curry powder(more or less to taste)1/4 C Jalepeno, pickled - diced - add some of the juice too1 Lemon, Juiced
None of my recipes are really labor intensive - throw it all in the crockpot, cook on high about 1.5 to 2 hours.
