Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil1/4 cup Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium1 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz1/2 cup Honey1 clove Garlic, minced1/4 tsp black Pepper
Directions
Combine ingredients in small pot, heat over medium heat, thicken with cornstarch if desired.

Pour sauce over chicken or use as a marinade.

    Delicious. Perfect compliment to chicken thighs. A baked them in the oven and basted them with this, and then threw them under the broiler for a few mins and it was deliciously sticky!! - 10/10/08
