Beef and tomato goulash soup

Ingredients
1 lb. stew beef1 lb. frozen green beans1 medium onion, chopped 1 can diced tomatoes with juice1 large can tomato sauce1 can water1 t. garlic powder1 T hot paprika1/2 t. dried rosemary1/2 t dried thyme2 small bay leaves1/2 t sea salt
Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low 6 hours. Serve with sour cream.
