Wheat Germ Muffins

Ingredients
1 C flour1 T baking powder1/2 t baking soda3/4 C wheat germ1/2 c raisins (optional)1 egg1/3 t salt2/3 c skim milk3 T oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Lightly spray muffin tins. Beat egg, oil and milk in a small bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl then add liquid ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes
