Mushroom, Zucchini, Onion and garlic frittata

Ingredients
4 large eggs Zucchini, baby, 1 medium Onions, raw, .25 cup, sliced Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Garlic, 2 cloves *Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 2 ozOlive Oil, 2 tbspMilk, 1%, a splash
Directions
heat oil in pan and saute sliced onions and smashed garlic, mix in sliced zucchini and chopped mushrooms, cook over medium for a couple minutes (season to taste) while mixing eggs, cheese and feta, add egg mixture to the veggies and cook for 5 minutes on medium without stirring. Finish cooking in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into 4 equal slices.
