One Pot Cheesy Smoked Sausage Pasta

1 Tbsp olive oil1 lb Smoked chicken/turkey sausage1 cup diced onion1 Tbsp minced garlic (about 2 fresh cloves)2 cups chicken broth1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes8 oz dry pasta (any small pasta will do)1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Add olive oil to saute pan over medium high heat. Add sausage and onions until lightly browned. Add garlic for about 30 seconds. Then, add milk, broth, tomatoes, and pasta. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until pasta tender. Turn off heat and stir in 1/2 cup cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover for about 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
