Banana Icecream

Ingredients
2-3 bananas, frozen & thawed slightly1 c. (soy) milksprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg
Directions
Combine in a blender. Simple as that!

*Note: I take my frozen bananas out of the freezer for one our before making. This way, they are just soft enough for my blender to handle.
