I box Barilla tri-color rotinihalf bag of broccoli slaw or rainbow saladhalf bag of frozen peas1 cup halved cherry tomatoes1 can black olives, sliced3/4 cup diced red onion4 large sliced peperoncini peppers1/4 bottle Newman's Own light basalmic vinagretteGarlic powder and pepper to taste(also good with avocado added right before serving or fresh parmesan)
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In large bowl combine cooked pasta, broccoli slaw, frozen peas, onions, peppers, olives and dressing. Season with garlic powder and pepper to taste.
best served the next day.
I often add some chopped avocado before eating, or some fresh parmesan. anything goes!
