2.5 cup cooked Quinoa (1/4 C dry = 1/2 C), 4 cups kale2 large egg 1 Egg white-large *0.5 med yellow onion, 2 Clove of Garlic0.5 cup Feta Cheese0.75 cup Gluten Free Bread Crumbs2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
Directions
Bake at 400C for 10-12 minutes turning once
