Vegan Zuppa Toscano (crockpot)

Ingredients
9oz Veggie sausage3 garlic clove1/2 onion1 large potato2 Cup Kale3 Cup Vegetable Broth! Cup Coconut Milk
Directions
Chop Onion, mince garlic and brown with the vegan sausage. Throw that into the crockpot with the potato and vegetable broth and cook on high for 4 hours. At the end, add kale, let cook for 5 mins and then add coconut milk. Serve warm.
