Ground Beef Noodles in Sour Cream

Ingredients
3 cups noodles, uncooked1 lb Extra lean ground beef1 can (6oz) mushrooms1 cup onion--chopped2 T butter1 cup fat free sour cream2 t Worcestershire sauce3 cups v-8 or tomato juice (low sodium)2 t saltdash pepper1 t celery salt (optional)
Directions
In a large frying pan, melt butter. Saute onions until tender.
Add meat and brown.
Place uncooked noodles in a layer over meat.
Combine tomato juice and seasoning, pour over noodles.
Bring to a boil, then cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 min. or until noodles are tender.
Stir in sour cream and mushrooms, bring to a boil.
Serve hot.
