1 lb ground chickenChicken Shake n bake (or some other kind of breading)Salt and pepper

400-425 for 20 minutes on a cookie sheet. Flip once halfway though. check often because oven times vary. Also mine stuck a bit to the pan, so if you have a silicone mat it might work better.
