Freezer breakfast burritos

Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground sausage20 eggs2 handfulls baby spinach1/2 cup shredded cheese20 tortillas
Directions
Brown sausage and drain.
Add spinach, cook until it shrinks.
Meanwhile, beat eggs and season to taste in a medium bowl.
Add eggs to sausage and spinach and cook through.
Let cool for 20-30 mins.
Place tortilla on a square of wax paper.
Put 1/4 cup of egg/sausage mix in middle of tortilla.
Put 2 tablespoons cheese on top and wrap up.
Wrap wax paper around tortilla, and wrap again with a square of tin foil.
Freeze for up to three months.

To reheat, unwrap tortilla from wax paper and tin foil, wrap in a paper towel and microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
