Ingredients
Beefchicken brothbarleyonionbay leavesgarlic, choppeddried shiitake mushroomsWorcestershire saucethymepaprikasaltpepperolive oil
Directions
brown beef, sweat onions and garlic
pre-soak barley in boiling water for 1 hour
pre-soak the mushrooms in boiling water for 15 minutes
Bung all in pot and simmer with herbs and seasonings
