Ingredients
1 pound strawberries2 kiwi, peeled6 oz. raspberries2 golden delicious apples3 T sugar-free preserves, any flavor
Directions
dice strawberries, peeled kiwi, apples and raspberries (I use a food processor on the raspberries), mix with fruit preserves and refrigerate for at least an hour.

    I have made a similar dish many times before. Everything is the same, except I didn't use raspberries. I squeezed the juice from an orange into the salsa and added orange zest also. Then I dampened flat wheat tortillas, sprinkled on splenda and cinnamon, cut them and baked them. Chips & salsa! - 4/9/08
