3 egg white veggie omelette

Ingredients
3 egg whites1/5 zucchini1/5 onion1/5 green or red bell pepper1 slice american cheesesaltpepper
Directions
In a pan with pam canola, quick stir fry zucchini, onion & pepper. In a bowl, whip 3 egg whites with salt & pepper and a dash of 2% milk. Pour into pan with Pam. Cook egg. place 1 slice of american cheese on cooked egg, and fold in all veggies. Fold in half.

Serving Size: Makes 1 omelette
