Healthy french dressing

Ingredients
4 oz rice vinegar2 oz. olive oil1 tsp. honey1 Tbsp. Parsley, dried1 clove garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. refrigerated minced garlic1 tsp. honeysalt and pepper to tasteAdd other dried herbs as liked.
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Allow to sit at least 1 hour before serving. Refrigerate unused amount. Take out of the refrigerator for 15 - 20 minutes before serving. Be sure to shake to get olive oil mixed through.
