Potato, Ham, Pepper and onion Bake

Ingredients
1 28 oz bag Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien1 medium sweet onion, diced1 medium yellow, orange or red bell pepper, diced1 can healthy request or low sodium cream of onion soup1 cup 1% milk3 cups low sodium, 5% fat diced ham1.5 cups low sodium cheddar cheese.if desired, light sour cream as a garnish (included in calorie and sodium count)
Directions
Mix all ingredients completely. Pour into a greased 9x13 glass cake pan. (I use Pam olive oil spray). Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Let set 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
