Healthy pototao salad, tangy

Ingredients
8 cups diced, Yukon Gold potatoes (1/2 a 5 lb bag)6 hard boiled eggs1 cup Hellman's Light Mayo (16 tbsp)1/4 cup Yellow Mustard
Directions
Boil potatoes until done, drain.
Divide yellows from the whites of the boiled eggs. Chop whites, add to potatoes. Mash yellows and mix with mustard. Add to potatoes and mix in mayo.

Serving size should be about 3/4 of a cup.
