This tasted great! The only thing I had a problem with was the cook time. After 30 minutes it was still bleeding. It took about an hour in the oven, but turned out great!! - 1/27/12

This recipe was fabulous, so moist. By mistake I mixed all the ingredients together and marinaded for 2 hours. I did not use the sesame seeds but the roast was absolutely wonderful. Cooked small red potatoes, carrots and cabbage salad. Tres bon! - 11/30/08
