Chicken & Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
Chicken thighsAsparagusCremini mushroomsChicken stockDry white wineFresh parsley, dill, thymeGarlic cloveLeekSalt and white pepper to taste
Directions
Cook and shred chicken. Bring stock and wine to boil. Tie herbs together and add whole garlic clove, herbs, mushrooms, and asparagus to broth. Simmer 5 min. Stir in shredded chicken, salt, pepper to taste, simmer 3-4 in. Garnish with finely shredded leek.
