Sweet Cashew Cream

Ingredients
1/2 cup raw cashews (pieces or whole, makes no difference)1 cup soymilk - I use vanilla soymilk, but any kind of non-dairy milk will do1Tablespoon of pure Maple SyrupVanilla extract (optional)Soak the cashews in boiling water to cover and let sit for about an hour.Drain cashewsPut all ingredients in the food processor and run for about 2 minutes or until you have a smooth, non-grainy, cream. I like to refrigerate for a while before serving, but that's up to you!
