Ingredients
Ground beef, 48 oz Potatoes, hashed brown, frozen, plain, unprepared, 1 package (12 oz)Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedVeggie Dried Mushroom Assorted by, 100 gram Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large Mustard, Yellow, Dried, 1 tbsp Minced Garlic, Dried, 2 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Split in 2, put each half into a loaf pan. Leave a small amount of room in each corner to easily drain off the excess fat. Cook in hot oven 45-60 minutes, draining off fat ever 15 minutes. Cut each loaf into 8 pieces.
