Ingredients
200 g Janes Chicken Strips (No Breading)30 g Goat Cheese4 cups of Romaine1/4 cup shredded carrots1/2 red pepper cut in strips4 tbsp Raspberry Vinaigrette1 Mango cut into chunks1/4 cup toasted pecans
Directions
Add all ingredients. Mix together. Add toasted pecans and chicken on top of salad. Enjoy!
