Mom's Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 head cabbage, grated2 carrots, grated1 cup mayonaise2 tbsp cider vinegar2 tbsp sugar1 tsp salt1tsp black pepper1/8 tsp celery salt1/8 tsp onion powder1/4 cup half and half
Directions
Combine cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl combine all other ingredients except half & half. Mix combined ingredients with cabbage/carrots. Add half & half to desired creaminess - may require more or less based on personal taste.
