Ingredients
1 medium size head of cauliflower6 slices bacon, cooked, chopped4 tbsp cream cheese1/4 cup parmesan cheese2 tbsp butter1 tsp crushed garlic2 tbsp finely chopped chivessalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Steam cauliflower. While still hot, put all ingredients except the bacon and chives into a food processor. Puree until smooth.
Mix in chives and bacon. Serve.

Makes 6 servings. 2/3 cup each
