Ingredients
1 Tbsp veg oil4 chicken breasts2 stalks celery chopped1/4 cp. carrots diced2 whole onion diced6 cups veg brothSaltPepperParsleyOregano1 Tbsp butter2 Tbsp flour
Directions
Cook chicken in oil till browned, take out and set off to the side,
Sauté veggies in the renderings
Melt butter and flour together completely
Add broth and seasonings and heat to a boil
Meanwhile shred chicken
Add chicken back to pot, reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes
