Ingredients
1/4C EVOO1/4C lemon juice 1/4C Bulger wheat3-4 plum tomatos1 bunch parsley1/2 Red bell pepper1/2 green bell pepper1 sm red onionhot H2O
Directions
-place bulger in bowl and add hot water, just to cover
-cut onion into 4ths and put in blender/food processor, blend and add to bowl
-blend peppers and add to bowl
-wash and cut stems off parsley, blend, add to bowl.
-cut tomatos into halves and blend(NOT TO MUCH), you can also chop the tomotos (or, all f the veggies)
-add EVOO, lemon juice and bulger
-mix and enjoy
