Beef - Stew Meat, 24 oz *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Red Onion chopped, 1 cup Clove of Garlic, 3 clovesRed Wine, 1 cupPepper, black, 1 tsp Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 4 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 3 cupsTomato Paste, 2 TBLSLow Sodium Soy Sauce, .45 TBLSLight Brown Sugar, 2 TBLS Cumin seed, 2 tsp Paprika, 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp Turmeric, ground, .5 tspBay leaves 2 leaves Chick Peas, 2 cup Cannellini Beans -1 15 oz. canRaisins, .75 cup, packed Black Pearl Sliced Black Olives, 16 gram(s)
Heat oil in skillet, add stew meat and brown, take out of pan and put onions in pan, saute' until soft, add garlic and cook 30 seconds longer. add all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
