Vegan Fat Free Lentil Stew

Ingredients
Lentils, 3 cup (can be multi colored)Parsnips, 1 cup slices 1 cup Carrots, raw,slices 1/2 cup Celery, raw,diced6 cup Water 1 28oz Canned diced Tomatoes 4 Tbsp. Better than bouillon Vegetable Base, 3Ttbsp kitchen Bouquet, 2 cup diced Potato, raw1 package (10 oz) Peas, frozen, 1 cup Rutabaga, diced
Directions
In bottom of stock pot add enough stock to just cover...add onions, and celery, cook till onions are opaque, stirring constantly. Add all ingredients except peas and potatoes. cook Till Lentils are tender, adding water to the pot as needed. When tender, add peas and potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender. Adjust seasoning as needed
