Half wheat bread

Ingredients
1 cup white flour1.5 cups whole wheat flour4.5 teaspoons granulated sugar1/8 tsp. baking soda1 oz or 2-1/4 tsp. bakers yeast1/2 tsp. salt1/2 cup water1/2 cup milk 2%1 tsp. white vinegar1/3 c. butter, salted
Directions
combine all dry ingredients and stir will.
In a glass measuring cup, combine vinegar, milk, water and butter. Microwave for 1 minute 10 seconds (butter does not have to melt). Stir into dry ingredients until a ball forms. Place on a floured surface and knead for 4-5 minutes. Let set covered for 10 minutes. Roll out in a rectangle and roll pinching the end, placing in a loaf pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Let rise until double, about 30 - 45 min. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
