Ingredients
Ingredients:*Raw Toor dal - 0.5 cup, 1 serving Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup, 1 serving *patato, 1 serving *Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw), 1 serving Peas, frozen, 0.25 cup Ginger Root, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 clove Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp *Mustard Seed, .50 tbsp *Great Value, Canola Oil Blend (Pure Canola Oil & Vegetable Oil), 2 tbsp *Great Value, Canola Oil Blend (Pure Canola Oil & Vegetable Oil), 1.5 tbsp *asafoetida (hing), 0.10 tsp
Directions
Wash and soak Toor Dal and Rice. Cut Patato and Onion into 1/2" pieces. Heat oil in pressure cooker add mustard and cumin seeds add hing, crushed ginger and garlic. Add Toor dal and Rice in the cooker add water about 2 cups cover and cook till 10 to 15 minutes. Let the cooker cool down. Enjoy it with Dahi (Yogurt).
