1 whole chicken, cookedBroth from the cooked chicken (approx 6 cups)2 cups Raw Carrots, chopped1 cup Onion, chopped1 cup Celery, chopped Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook chicken in approximately 5-6 cups water to make a broth. Remove chicken to cool, then strip meat from the bones and return to pot. Season broth to taste, then add vegetables and cook until tender - approx, 2 hrs on medium heat.
